MICC Fort Knox intends to issue a request for quotation (RFQ) to provide Laundry and Dry Cleaning (L&DC) and Alteration/Repair Services.

This requirements is small business set aside. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. This RFQ will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov on or about 11 February 2020. The solicitation may be downloaded from this website. Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. Contractors shall ensure SAM registration is active. No remarks or written responses to questions by government personnel shall change or qualify any of the terms or conditions of this solicitation. The solicitation can only be changed by a formal written amendment issued by MICC.

Scope of Work: This is a non-personnel services contract to provide for Laundry and Dry Cleaning (L&DC) and Alteration/Repair Services, United States Army Cadet Command, Pueblo City School District JROTC, Pueblo, Colorado. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Laundry and Dry Cleaning (L&DC) and Alteration/Repair services for the Army Combat Uniforms (ACU), Physical Fitness Uniform (APFU), Army Service/Dress Uniform (ASU) as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

Place of contract performance: Pueblo, CO.

Period of performance: 1 July 2020 through 30 June 2021, plus 3 (three) option years.
