Launcher/NAV/IFS Repairs, VEEP and Power Buffer Tester

The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) awarded a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order under existing BOA N00030-19-G-0038 issued on a sole-source basis to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), Pittsfield, MA.

The order will be to provide:

a. Supplies and services to modify, repair, and re-certify 70 components of the Launcher Subsystem. Additionally, the contractor shall provide supplies and services to create new schematics, build, and certify 10 of each populated board for the Variable Energy Eject Panel (VEEP).

b. Provide a draft Acceptance Test Specification (ATS), Instrumentation Drivers Definition report for the newly identified supportable test equipment, all engineering drawings for Tester Hardware Cabinet, Load Bank, Rapid Power Supply, Bu er Test Cart and External Cabling, completed to a fidelity suitable for submission to SPSP and Drafting. The contractor shall also provide spare parts and special support equipment as listed as deliverables for the AWCS.

c. Repair and Return of Internal Frequency Standard (IFS) components for Fleet Ballistic Missile/Strategic Weapons System (FBM/SWS) Navigation Equipment.

All efforts shall be performed in accordance with the T9001B checklist as modified May 21, 2018, incorporated as part of the basic ordering agreement.

This order is being awarded on a sole source basis in accordance with statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
