LAU-129 and LAU-128 Missile Rail Launchers and power supplies   2

The purpose of this amendment is to delete the Engineering Data List (EDL) dated 4 Jun 2021
and replace it with EDL dated 28 Jun 2024, add additional EDL dated 4 Jun 2024, and add DFARS Clause 252.225-7013, Duty-Free Entry.

This solicitation will be used to establish a Firm Fixed Price Requirements type ten-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract IAW FAR 6.302-4, International Agreement, supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for the manufacture of the LAU-129 and LAU-128 Missile Rail Launchers including subassemblies and components. These items support the AIM-9P, L, M, and X and AIM-120A, B, C, and D missiles. Failure to order the amounts listed in the schedule as BEQs will not entitle the contractor to an equitable adjustment.

The Basic period will be date of award through twelve (12) months. The contract will consist of the Basic period and 9 additional one-year ordering periods.

Quantities for the basic year and each ordering period are based upon Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs).
