Latrines, Showers, and Laundry Service for United States Military Academy (USMA) Cadet Summer Training (CST) 2025, West Point, NY

Background
The United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point, NY, is seeking to provide temporary latrine, shower, and laundry services for the Cadet Summer Training (CST) 2025. The goal of this contract is to support the housing of over 1100 Soldiers at Camp Natural Bridge from May 5 to September 2, 2025. Current facilities are inadequate, with only two hard structure latrine/shower facilities and two laundry facilities available, which are in poor condition and insufficient for the required personnel.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to deliver temporary latrine, shower, and laundry services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:

1. Provide eight (8) shower trailers from May 5 to August 10 and four (4) shower trailers from August 11 to September 2, 2025.
2. Provide five (5) latrine trailers with hand washing sinks from May 5 to September 2, 2025.
3. Offer laundry services with drop-off and pick-up available for up to 1100 personnel from May 5 to August 10 and for up to 700 personnel from August 11 to September 2.
4. Clean shower and latrine trailers three times per week according to CDC virucidal cleaning standards.
5. Manage water/wastewater services for latrine trailers and hand wash stations; provide water filling and wastewater dumping services for shower trailers daily.
6. Coordinate with City Light and Power (CLP) for electrical utility connections; if unavailable by May 5, provide generators for power needs.
