Latrine service

Background
The contract is in support of the Directorate of Emergency Services, Physical Security Division, at Fort Bliss, Texas. The objective of this contract is to provide portable latrines and hand washing stations, maintenance, and services to five (5) Access Control Points. The effort is to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to deliver and service portable chemical latrines in support of Fort Bliss Department of Emergency Services operations as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide portable latrines and hand washing Stations with maintenance and services for assigned locations. The contract includes all functions, tasks, and responsibilities normally performed by a Portable Sanitation Service provider to include furnishing portable units, cleaning, and maintenance of units. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The period of performance includes a base year from 11 March 2024 to 10 March 2025 with options for four additional years.

Period of Performance
Base Year – 11 March 2024 to 10 March 2025; Option Year one (1) – 11 March 2025 to 10 March 2026; Option Year two (2) – 11 March 2026 to 10 March 2027; Option Year three (3) – 11 March 2027 to 10 March 2028; Option Year four (4) – 11 March 2028 to 10 March 2029

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) where the contract will be performed are at Fort Bliss and surrounding areas including Biggs Army Airfield within the boundaries of Fort Bliss Garrison Command Control in Texas and New Mexico area.
