Latrine and Shower Services

Background
This is a solicitation for a non-personal services contract to provide, service, and maintain portable latrines, hand wash stations, gray water, septic, and holding tanks, shower trailers, and laundry trailers at Fort Campbell, KY military installation. The requirement includes servicing of permanently set portable latrines, pit latrines (also known as holding tanks), and septic tanks in four counties across the entire installation on a recurring basis. Occasionally, on an 'as-needed basis', during special events and military exercises, the contractor will require portable latrines, hand-wash stations, shower trailers, laundry trailers, and gray water tanks to be installed and serviced such as to pump, clean, and recharge.
Fort Campbell is comprised of approximately 105,000 acres located in two states and four counties which include Kentucky (Christian and Trigg Counties) and Tennessee (Montgomery and Stewart Counties). The primary use of this contract is to set and service permanently set portable latrines and pit latrines. However, military units will frequently use this contract to obtain equipment needed for their training exercises.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the requirement which includes servicing of permanently set portable latrines, pit latrines (also known as holding tanks), and septic tanks in four counties across the entire installation on a recurring basis. The Contractor shall ensure all work accomplished in the performance of this contract meets the Specific Tasks outlined in part five (5) and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and directives. The Contractor shall develop and maintain an effective quality control plan (QCP) to ensure services are performed according to the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies including portable toilets, shower trailers, laundry trailers, gray water tanks, handwash stations along with paper and soap products when servicing the toilets and hand wash stations. The Contractor shall be responsible for the repair and maintenance of Contractor owned equipment.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be from 14-MAY-2024 TO 13-MAY-2029.

The geographic location(s) where the contract will be performed is Fort Campbell military installation in Kentucky.
