Background
The Minnesota Army National Guard (MNARNG) has a requirement to purchase a brand-new Large Area Rotary Mower - Front Mount w/Cab & Attachments for Camp Ripley Training Center (CRTC) in Little Falls, MN. This acquisition is structured as a 'Brand Name or Equal' procurement, with the baseline reference model being the Toro 5910 large area rotary mower. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the MNARNG has the necessary equipment for effective training and maintenance operations.
