Landscaping Services - McKenzie Ranger Office, Watford City, ND

Background
The solicitation is for landscaping services at the McKenzie Ranger Office in Watford City, North Dakota. The contract consists of a base period and the option to renew for two additional periods.
The solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, and the period of performance is from June 1, 2023 through October 31, 2025.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide landscaping services throughout the grounds surrounding the McKenzie Ranger Station areas, including mowing, edging, raking, and eliminating weeds on all grassed and landscape rocked areas.
Invasive species and weeds shall be sprayed to prevent spread and unsightliness. All equipment shall be in good mechanical and operating condition and shall be operated by skilled operators experienced in the type of work for which the equipment is being ordered.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from June 1, 2023 through October 31, 2025.

The McKenzie Ranger Station is located at 1905 S Main St. Watford City, North Dakota 58854. The contract includes work that occurs in the grass areas and landscape rock areas within the boundary as shown on the map.
