NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD- FAA contract 697DCK-24-C-00061 has been awarded to Nascence Group LLC in the total potential amount (base plus four option years) of $523,200.00.

Amendment 3- This amendment: 1) corrects clerical errors on lines 00010, 00018, 00026,
00034, and 00037; 2) corrects total square footage for the ZMA ARTCC in the SOW (see
attached), and 3) extends the proposal due date to Tuesday, November 28 at 5pm Eastern.

Amendment 2- updates the SOW and provides an aerial photo (see attached) and 2) provides answers to vendor questions (see attached).

Background
The contract has been awarded to Nascence Group LLC for landscaping services at FAA facilities in Miami and Ft Lauderdale, FL. The purpose of the contract is to obtain grounds maintenance services on a bi-weekly interval for Federal Aviation Administration Miami District Office facilities.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide grounds maintenance services including cutting grass, edging, fertilization, collection and disposal of litter and trash, vegetation cutting and removal, underbrushing, grassing, sodding, sprigging, erosion control, tree and shrub pruning, tree and stump removal, irrigation, ditch cleaning, and other miscellaneous services as described in the Statement of Work (SOW).
The SOW specifies the facilities for grounds maintenance service in Miami-Dade County and Broward County.
