Landscape Services for IHS, Mashpee Wampanoag Health Service Unit   2

Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is dedicated to improving the health of American Indians and Alaska Natives. The Mashpee Wampanoag Health Service Unit aims to provide quality healthcare to Native American members and their families in a culturally sensitive manner.

The Mashpee Service Unit requires landscape services to maintain the grounds of three modular units: Medical, Dental, and Administration. These units are over 14 years old and need routine maintenance to preserve their condition and prevent infestation.

Work Details
The contractor will perform the following tasks:
1. Mow grass regularly to maintain an even height.
2. Edge along sidewalks, curbs, and flower beds.
3. Trim around trees, signs, and buildings.
4. Weed flower beds and mulched areas.
5. Rake or blow leaves off lawns, walkways, and entrances.
6. Remove fallen branches, trash, or debris from landscaped areas.
7. Clean gutters.

These services are required from March through October each year.

Period of Performance
Base Year: March 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026; Option Year One: November 1, 2026 – October 31, 2027; Option Year Two: November 1, 2027 – October 31, 2028; Option Year Three: November 1, 2028 – October 31, 2029; Option Year Four: November 1, 2029 – October 31, 2030.
