Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) has awarded a contract modification to Huntington Ingalls Incorporated (Ingalls Shipbuilding of Pascagoula, MS, 1000 Access Rd, Pascagoula, MS 39567-4485) to previously awarded contract (N00024-18-C-2406) for the procurement of long lead time material and the option for detail design and construction of Landing Platform Dock 32 (LPD 32).

In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), this contract was not competitively procured: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Work to be performed is the procurement of long lead time material and advance construction activities for LPD 32.
