Lake - Willow Beach Housing - Paint Four (4) Exter

Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation to support the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The goal of the contract is to provide maintenance services, specifically painting the exteriors of four housing units at Willow Beach, Arizona. This project aims to ensure that the housing units are well-maintained and visually appealing for seasonal occupancy.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for painting the exterior of four required occupancy and seasonal housing units at Willow Beach, Arizona. The scope of work includes:
- Painting walls, fascia, window trim, and exterior doors in accordance with provided specifications.
- Preparation work which involves removing peeling paint, caulking around door frames and other wall and fixture areas.
- Patching holes and surface dings where needed.

A site visit is scheduled for July 30, 2026, at 9 AM at 25804 N Willow Beach, Willow Beach, AZ 86445.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from September 15, 2026, to January 13, 2027.

Place of Performance
Willow Beach, Arizona.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns (100% Total Small Business Set Aside). Bidders must meet the following requirements:
