Please see attached RFQ and SOW for further details. The USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) requires a Watershed Project Plan-Environmental Assessment (Plan-EA) for the Lake 17 and Little Suction Creek Watershed Project and Willow Creek Watershed Project pursuant to Public Law 83-566, Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act. The Plan-EA will formulate and evaluate all reasonable alternatives to conserve and improve public recreation, public fish & wildlife, and agricultural water management, associated with the existing Lake Seventeen Dam and Little Suction Creek Diversion near Hays, Montana. The Plan-EIS will formulate and evaluate all reasonable alternatives to prevent or reduce damages caused by Willow Creek floodwater in and around Browning, Montana.
