Lake City Army Ammunition Plant Unrestricted SATOC

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District (NWK), is issuing a solicitation for an unrestricted Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to support projects within the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant (LCAAP) program.

This contract aims to engage firms based on their demonstrated competence and qualifications in architectural and engineering services, as mandated by the Brooks Architect Engineer Act.

Work Details
The contract will involve providing architectural and engineering services for various projects at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant.

Each task order awarded from this indefinite delivery contract will be treated as a single project, regardless of the number of facilities or scope of work involved. Offerors must submit project descriptions that clearly outline the extent of work performed, design completion status (e.g., preparation of design-build package, 100% design), completion dates for design and construction, and project category type (new or renovation).

Experience cited must specify whether it pertains to the prime contractor, joint venture, consultant, or individual. Projects with design completed before June 2019 will not be considered. Resumes submitted must reflect relevant services completed after June 2019 and are limited to two pages each. The SF 330 submission has specific page limitations and formatting requirements.

The contract will be performed at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant.
