Lake Chicot Pumping Plant   2

Background
The solicitation is issued by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District Contracting Division for the Lake Chicot Pumping Plant. The contract is for the supply and delivery of fuel, oil, lubricants, and supplies to the pumping plant located in Chicot County, Arkansas. The plant is in a remote location and the contractor will be responsible for coordinating deliveries with the government's representative and/or the Pumping Plant Supervisor.

Work Details
The contract includes supplying and delivering fuel, grease, supplies, and lubricants to the Lake Chicot Pumping Plant. The products include bulk diesel fuel and 350# barrels of grease meeting specific EPA requirements for stationary engines. The lubricants/grease should be similar or equal to GELSTAR synthetic lubricant with liquid Teflon. The contractor must also adhere to performance objectives and quality control processes outlined in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is one year from the award date, with options for four additional years on an as-needed basis.

The products are to be delivered to Lake Chicot Pumping Plant located at 3740 Levee Road North, Lake Village, AR 71653.
