Laboratory Analytical Services

Background
The Red River Army Depot (RRAD) is seeking to identify potential sources capable of providing laboratory analytical services for chemical and/or biological analysis of various environmental materials.

This Request for Information (RFI) is part of market research and aims to gather information for planning and acquisition strategy development. The anticipated contract will be a multi-year, firm-fixed-price (FFP) base contract with four option years.

Work Details
The laboratory analytical services required include the following analyses:

A. HAZARDOUS WASTE
- TCLP RCRA 11 METALS (SW-846 6020B): 200 per year
- VOLATILES (VOC) BY GC/MS (SW-846 8260B): 150 per year
- SEMI-VOLATILE BY GC/MS (SW-846 8270D): 25 per year
- TPH 1500 (TCEQ 1005): 25 per year
- TNRCC C6 TO C35 (TCEQ 1006): 10 per year
- SOIL VOC (SW-846 5035A): 10 per year
- FLASH POINT (SW-846 1010B): 50 per year
- IGNITABILITY (SW-846 1030): 25 per year
- pH (SOLID) (SW-846 9045D): 75 per year
- pH (LIQUID) (SW-846 9040C): 150 per year
- PCB (SW-846 8082A): 10 per year
- BTEX (SW-846 8021B): 10 per year
- PFAS Liquid (Waste) (SW-846 8327): 20 per year
- PFAS Solid (Waste) (Draft SW-846 1633): 20 per year

B. DRINKING WATER AND BEACH SAMPLES
- Total Coliform (SM-9223B): 38 per year
- E. coli (SM-9223B): 38 per year
- Enterococci - E.coli (MBN) (SM-9251B): 5 per year

C. MISC WASTE
- Lead (SW-846 6020B): 25 per year
- Asbestos (EPA 600/R-93/116): 25 per year
- Sulfur Content in Rubber (ASTM D129/EPA 6010): 5 per year

D. UNPLANNED EMERGENCY LABS: Up to 10 as needed.
