Description

The resulting award will be awarded to the offeror who provides the Best Value to the Government in compliance with the provided Statement of Work (SOW). Requesting quote requires labor services to support the routine movement of cartons, equipment, supplies and furniture and sporadic requirements to assemble and disassemble furniture and equipment among the Customs and Border Protection facilities and offices in and around JFK International Airport, Jamaica, NY.

This request for quote (RFQ) will be a firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) base plus four option years.

Background
The Department of Homeland Security, specifically Customs and Border Protection (CBP), is seeking labor services to support the routine movement of cartons, equipment, supplies, and furniture at JFK International Airport.
The goal of this contract is to facilitate operational requirements as CBP anticipates relocation from leased spaces in Port Authority owned buildings due to planned airport growth.

Work Details
The contractor will provide up to 450 hours of labor services which include:
1. Movement of furniture, supplies, and equipment.
2. Relocation of documents for storage.
3. Sporadic assembly and disassembly of furniture and equipment.
4. Sufficient personnel must be provided to accomplish the assigned tasks, with labor categories including Laborer, Supervisor/Crew Leader, Driver, Installer/Carpenter/Mechanic.
