Lab Coat Rental and Laundry Service

Background
The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is seeking to procure lab coat rental and laundry services to support its operations. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the laboratory staff have access to clean and properly maintained lab coats, which are essential for safety and compliance in laboratory environments.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing lab coat rental services, which includes the following tasks:

1. Supply a sufficient quantity of lab coats in various sizes to meet the needs of NRL personnel.

2. Ensure that all lab coats are cleaned, inspected, and maintained according to industry standards prior to delivery.

3. Provide regular laundry services for the lab coats, including pick-up and delivery at specified intervals.

4. Notify the end user upon receipt of materials and ensure proper handling during delivery.
