The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Los Angeles Class Sanitary Tanks. The intent is to award a single Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ contract. The required work shall take place at PHNSY & IMF. The period of performance is 15 June 2024 to 14 June 2029 (one base year plus four option years).

The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-24-Q-0025 (previously listed in the 17 Jan 2024 Pre-Solicitation notice as N32253-24-R-0006). Proposals are due 29 May 2024 at 0900 HST . Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting.

This solicitation is prepared in accordance with (IAW) FAR part 13 as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2024-01, DFARS (10/30/2023) and NMCARS 18-22.

This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J020 Maintenance and Repair of Ship and Marine Equipment. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date.
