This solicitation has been amended to revise the proposal due date listed on the RFP from 29 Aug 2024 to 10 Oct 2024.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested.

Request for Proposal (RFP) W912CH-24-R-0134 is hereby issued by the Army Contracting Command- Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA). The resulting contract will be a Five Year (Three Base Years and Two Option Years), Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements contract for the Commercial T7 Multi-Mission Robotic System Platform (T7) to enable the Robot Logistics Support Center (RLSC) technicians to fully support the repair maintenance, and sustainment actions required to maintain operational readiness of the Commercial T7 Multi-Mission Robotic System Platform (T7).

This RFP is issued under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this action is 10 United States Code (U.S.C) 3204(a)(1) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Specifically, FAR 6.302-1(a): and will result in one single award to L3 Harris Technologies, Inc.

The contract will be for commercial supply and service contracting Firm Fixed Price Contract Line Items Numbers (CLINS) under NAICS Code: 334511 with a size standard of 1350 employees.

The Government reserves the right to make no award as a result of the solicitation.

Background
This Request for Proposal (RFP) W912CH-24-R-0134 is issued by the Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA).
