Description

Sources Sought Notice Inscription Services for National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific
Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the National Cemetery Administration (NCA), is seeking to establish a contract for inscription services at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. The goal of this contract is to ensure that government-furnished marble niche covers are inscribed properly, packaged, and shipped to the designated location. This initiative aims to enhance the memorialization of veterans and their families in a dignified manner.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for offsite inscription services for government-furnished marble niche covers. The tasks include: completing the inscription on the marble niche covers, packaging and palletizing the finished products, and shipping them F.O.B. destination to the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific located at 2177 Puowaina Drive, Honolulu, HI 966813-1729. The contract is intended to be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) award with one base year and four optional one-year extensions.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will span one base year with an option for four additional one-year periods, allowing for discretion in exercising these options.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the contractor's facility and shipped to the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Honolulu, HI.
