The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC Pacific) intends to issue a solicitation number N66001-12-R-0059 for a multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Cost contract to provide shipboard and shore technical, sustainment and maintenance of satellite communications systems such as Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM), Commercial Satellite Communications (COMSATCOM) and Tactical Satellite Communications (TACSATCOM), including Management, Engineering, Technical, Quality Assurance, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Training Support, and Fabrication Support. The contract is expected to have a base period of three (3) years with two (2) one-year option periods. Other Direct Costs (ODC) and Material CLINS will be non fee bearing. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is 48,672 hours. NAICS Code is 541330. This requirement will be a 100% small business set-aside. The incumbent contractor is Centurum, Inc. (N66001-08-D-0031). The estimated release date of the solicitation is between 30 April 2013 and 15 May 2013. The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) as of this date is attached, subject to change.
