N00039-14-D-0016 - Notice of Intent to Increase Maximum Value of the Current C4I Testing, Integration, and Installation Contract   3

The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United States Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWARSYSCOM) in support of the Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I) Carrier and Air Integration Program Office (PMW 750) and Ship Integration Program Office (PMW 760) intends to issue a modification to increase the maximum value of current C4I Testing, Integration, and Installation (CTII) contract (N00039-15-D- 0016) to SRC Incorporated, 2300 Windy Ridge Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339. The increase in the maximum value of the current contract is required due to the Naval Sea Systems Command tasking the Program Executive Officer, Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I), Carrier and Integration Program Office (PMW 750) to perform unanticipated support to complete new construction and Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH) efforts under existing delivery orders. This action will allow for the completion of efforts currently under the CTII Performance Work Statement through the end of the period of performance, which is 29 September 2019. This announcement provides information that assists with subcontracting possibilities. The NAICS for this procurement is 541330 (with a Small Business Size Standard of $15M). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. However, if a company believes it can perform the requirements identified above without negative schedule, performance, and/or cost impacts, the company shall provide a statement of its capabilities within 15 calendar days of the release date of this notice.
