Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

The 22nd Contracting Squadron is searching for qualified vendors who can provide: 1 EA Cable Kit HP75, part number 488506 (Refer to Attached Statement of Need) As part of its market research, 22 CONS/PKA is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing the requirement.

The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of 22 CONS/PKA market research. No Solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy. Responses to this Sources Sought are not quotes on which the 22 CONS/PKA can issue any contract. This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a Solicitation. The Government does not intend to award a contract based only on responses to this Sources Sought. All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly.

Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to the Sources Sought will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. 22 CONS/PKA will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought. Do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought. Responses are due no later than 19 August 2025 at 3 pm CDT.

Background
The 22nd Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing a Cable Kit HP75, part number 488506. This requirement is essential for the operations at McConnell AFB, as the current cable is damaged, rendering the ladder inoperable and affecting emergency operations.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that the fire department's fleet remains operational.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide 1 Cable Kit HP75, part number 488506, which includes all necessary items for the installation of the kit. The contractor must also provide a minimum of a 1-year warranty covering any defects not caused by government damage or misuse.

Additionally, delivery of the cable kit must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the order.
