Background
The Wendell H. Ford Regional Training Center (WHFRTC), Kentucky Garrison Training Commend has a linen laundry service requirements based on occupancy of barracks and other housing on post and has requesting support to fulfill them. The Period of Performance shall be a five year service period from the date of award. Linen will be picked up and delivered at WHFRTC. All linen will be cleaned at the contractor’s location.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Laundry Services. The contractor shall pick up Bulk military laundry once a week and return in the same week (within 72 hours after pick up). Contractor will be responsible for cleaning, drying and folding all linen which includes; pillow cases, flat sheets, fitted sheets, comforters, wool blankets, mattress covers. Billing will be based on the bulk weight in pounds cleaned and returned by the contractor.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance shall be a five year service period from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The contractor shall pick up linen from WHFRTC and clean laundry at the contractor’s located facility, then delivered back to WHFRTC once linen is clean, except on recognized US holidays.
