Kuwait Job Order Contract (JOC)Proposals are due no later than 30 June 2025 2:00 PM Arabia Standard Time (AST).The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the Kuwait JOC in support of the Kuwait based customers. The associated work under this JOC includes maintenance, repair, SRM, and minor construction of real property facilities. Individual task orders will be awarded for each specific project within the JOC.

Background
The Kuwait Job Order Contract (JOC) is issued to support Kuwait-based customers by providing necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other non-personal services.

The contract aims to facilitate maintenance, repair, sustainment restoration and modernization (SRM), and minor construction of real property facilities.

Work Details
The work under this JOC includes:
- Maintenance and repair of facilities.
- Sustainment Restoration and Modernization (SRM) tasks.
- Minor construction projects.
- Individual task orders will be awarded for specific projects within the JOC.
- The contract includes coefficients and composite rates for 'Normal Work Hours' and 'Other than Normal Work Hours' for new construction and repair work, as well as non-pre-priced items.

The coefficients are fixed prices for the annual period negotiated and will not increase until the annual period has elapsed. Options may be exercised early to gain capacity or carry forward unused capacity into subsequent performance periods.
