Background
The solicitation is for providing Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services (ATGHS) for Air Mobility Command at Cargo City Kuwait International Airport, Kuwait. The services will be provided for all U.S. Government owned or operated aircraft, U.S. sponsored foreign Government aircraft, Coalition Forces aircraft, Kuwait Air Force aircraft, commercial contract aircraft, and commercial tendered aircraft in support of the Defense Transportation System. The contract includes a sustained Working Maximum on Ground capability of two (2) wide-body aircraft or any combination of narrow-body, which equate to two (2) wide body aircraft.
Handling of classified information requires the Contractor to have a facility clearance prior to beginning contract performance. The Government intends to award a contract with a Base period of 1 October 2023 through 30 September 2024 and four (4) one-year option periods with a potential six-month extension.

Work Details
The work includes providing Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services at Cargo City Kuwait International Airport, Kuwait. This involves familiarization training, basic monthly services, GFE repairs, A/C Engine Run Tows, and AMC Stage Aircraft Services as detailed in the solicitation document. The contract also includes options for six-month extensions.
