Kubota Zero Turn Mowers and Tractor

Background
The solicitation is issued by the U.S. Air Force for the delivery of landscaping equipment to support operations at Eglin AFB, specifically for the 7th Special Forces Group.
The goal of the contract is to procure essential landscaping equipment that meets specific operational requirements and standards.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of the following landscaping equipment:
1. 1 each Kubota M5-111-1 tractor or equal:
- Engine: 100 -110 HP; exhaust pipe should provide an unobstructed view through the front window.
- Tractor Output: 85 HP or greater for independent 540/540E PTO.
- Cabin: Enclosed with A/C and heat, additional heating and cooling vents, rear windshield wiper, rear floor mat, and factory-installed radio.
- Drivetrain: Four-wheel drive with aggressive rough terrain tires for cutting on steep slopes; includes front bracket for added ballast.
- Safety: Forestry protection package including perimeter guard, limb riser, rear/side screens, hood grill, and full-length bottom/belly guard.
- Accessories: Loader ready package with 4 mid-mount remote hydraulic valves in front and 2 remote hydraulic valves in rear or better.

2. 2 each Kubota ZD-1211 zero-turn mowers or equal:
- Engine: 30-35 HP diesel with Tier-4 technology.
- Deck: 60 inches with open and close discharge chute to the side (rear discharge unacceptable); made of minimum 8-gauge metal or thicker; equipped with hydraulic deck lift.
- Travel Speed/Comfort: Minimum speed of 10 mph; air-ride suspension seat with reclining and lumbar support for operator comfort.
- Weight and Dimensions: Overall weight not exceeding 2,100 lbs; height not exceeding 79 inches; width (with deck) not exceeding 85.8 inches.
- Tires: Semi-pneumatic (flat-free) front caster tires and low-profile drive tires for a clean finish during mowing operations.

3. 4 each Kubota ZD-1211 zero-turn mowers or equal:
- Specifications similar to above but with a deck size of 72 inches instead of 60 inches.

Period of Performance
Delivery is requested within 60 calendar days after receipt of contract (ARO).

Place of Performance
Eglin AFB, FL at Building 4600 Soto Cano Loop.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized distributors or OEMs for the specified equipment.
The solicitation is set aside for small businesses (Small Business Set Aside - Total).
Quotes must include a minimum two-year bumper-to-bumper manufacturer warranty covering parts, labor, and on-site service.
