UPDATE 13 Feb 2020:
The purpose of this update is to provide Amendment 0004 for the Final KRACEn MAC RFP, to include a revised Task Order 0001 Attachment 1 (PWS) and FOSR Attachment (F7).
This update also includes Q&A #2 for the KRACEn Attachment L-4 USMC F/A-18 Task Order FOSR.
The due date for the basic KRACEn MAC proposal submissions has closed; however, all Offerors must provide a new signed SF33 in accordance with Section L, Part B, paragraph 2.4 of Amendment 0004. No other updates to the Offeror's KRACEn Basic MAC proposal will be accepted as a result of this amendment.
The due date for the USMC F/A-18 FOSR response submissions remains unchanged.

UPDATE 05 Feb 2020:
The purpose of this update is to provide Amendment 0003 for the Final KRACEn MAC RFP, to include a revised Attachment L-4 Fair Opportunity Submission Request (FOSR) due date; FOSR Attachment (F1) Draft Task Order;Task Order 0001 Attachments 1 & 2 (PWS & DD254) and Exhibit A (CDRL A003);FOSR Attachment (F3) ; and FOSR Attachment (F9).
The due date for the basic KRACEn MAC proposal submissions has closed; however, all Offerors must provide a new signed SF30 in accordance with Section L, Part B, paragraph 2.4 of Amendment 0003. No other updates to the Offeror's KRACEn Basic MAC proposal will be accepted as a result of this amendment.
The due date for the USMC F/A-18 FOSR response submissions is extended as stated in the revised Attachment L-4.
NOTE: All prospective offerors must forward all questions related to this Task Order competition to the Contracting Officer. Further, prospective offerors are not to interfere with the incumbent's performance of the current contract by requesting information from the incumbent on the current contract. The Government is the best source of information for the competition, as the SOW and task order differ from the current contract.

The Government intends to issue Amendment 0003 as soon as possible to make the changes outlined in the "Q&A #1 REVISION for Task Order FOSR" file.
The due date for the basic KRACEn MAC proposal submissions has closed.
The Government anticipates extending the due date for the USMC F/A-18 FOSR response submissions based on the changes annotated in the Q&A #1 REVISION for the USMC F/A-18 FOSR.

The purpose of this update is to provide Q&A #2 for the Final KRACEn MAC RFP.
The Government intends to release Amendment 0002 to the KRACEn MAC RFP as soon as possible, to make the administrative changes annotated in the attached Q&A #2 Final KRACEn MAC RFP file.
The Government intends to provide Q&A #1 for the USMC F/A-18 FOSR as soon as possible, to address the questions that were provided to the Government regarding Attachment L-4. Amendment 0002 may also include changes to Attachment L-4 documents if necessary.
The due date for the basic KRACEn MAC proposal submissions remains unchanged at 30 January 2020.
The due date for the USMC F/A-18 FOSR response submissions remains unchanged as stated in Attachment L-4. Offerors are not required to submit a proposal in response to the Attachment L-4 FOSR to be considered for a KRACEn MAC award.

The Government intends to release an amendment to the KRACEn RFP in mid-January 2020 to provide Attachment L-4 Fair Opportunity Submission Request (FOSR) and revise the language in Section L, Part A, 1.h).
The Government intends to provide a separate response date (anticipating mid-February 2020) for the Attachment L-4 task order proposal submissions. Offerors are not required to submit a proposal in response to the Attachment L-4 FOSR to be considered for a KRACEn MAC award.
The due date for the basic KRACEn MAC proposal submissions remains unchanged at 30 January 2020.

FINAL SOLICITATION NOTICE / REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
This is the final solicitation notice / request for proposals for the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Kits, Recovery, Augmentation, Components and Engines (KRACEn) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) effort to provide rapid, flexible, ready, deployable CONUS/OCONUS capabilities and solutions for manned and unmanned aviation systems.
This requirement is being competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,500 employees.
RFP # N00421-20-R-0105 has been assigned to this requirement. This notice is to provide the FINAL solicitation for this requirement. Any future amendment(s) to this solicitation will be posted to this website as an update to this notice. Vendors should regularly access this website to ensure they have all amendments.
Offerors and/or interested parties shall submit all questions via e-mail using the L-3 Attachment as instructed in Section L of the RFP. All questions must be sent to meagan.foster@navy.mil, lydia.munley@navy.mil, and crystal.ashton@navy.mil with "KRACEn RFP Feedback" in the subject line. Acknowledgement of receipt of questions will not be made. Responses to questions will be provided as updates to this announcement via this website.
Offerors shall submit proposals no later than 1200 on 30 January 2020 in accordance with the instructions provided in Section L of the RFP.
