Kosher Instant Milk, Individual Serving Packets

Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking certified kosher instant milk in individual serving packets. The contract requires all items to be certified by an accepted Orthodox Kosher certification agency from the United States or Canada, such as OU, OK, Star K, KOF K, KAJ K'hal Adas Jeshurun, OKS Organization of Orthodox Kashrus Supervision, OV Vaad Hoeir of Saint Louis, CRC - Central Rabbinical Congress of the USA and Canada, CRC - Chicago Rabbinical Counsel, or Kosher Overseers of America. The items must not contain alcohol, emulsifiers, mind-altering substances, enzymes and/or chemicals.

Work Details
The contract requires 1,000 individual serving packets of kosher instant milk. Each packet should make 1 - 8 ounce serving when reconstituted. The total amount may be adjusted to the next highest case count. Each individual package must be marked with the kosher certification hechsher. There are 2 deliveries scheduled with Food Service upon receipt of the contract.
