Background
The contract is issued for Korean Elevator Maintenance and Repair at Kunsan Air Base, Korea. The primary goal is to ensure the operational efficiency and safety of elevator systems in compliance with applicable regulations, including the Korean Elevator Safety Management Act.

The contractor will be responsible for providing maintenance services that align with the standards set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The contractor shall perform monthly inspections and preventive maintenance on elevators, which includes: self-inspection once a month, emergency dispatch for breakdowns during nights and holidays, attendance during annual inspections, and maintaining necessary technical personnel and equipment.

Service calls must be responded to within 2 hours and 40 minutes during normal business hours. The contractor is also required to post signs indicating elevator status when out of service, including estimated completion dates and contact information. Additionally, all parts and materials used must meet industry standards, with warranties maintained for unscheduled repairs. Performance requirements include maintaining at least 95% of elevators operational monthly and ensuring 100% compliance with annual inspections.
