Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking to establish a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the leasing of Multifunctional Devices (MFDs), accessories, and office document devices for use in Korea.

The estimated value of the contract is $26.3 million, with an estimated number of devices to be leased being 2,523. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive services related to these devices outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: delivery and installation of devices, end-user training, full-service maintenance including all consumable supplies (excluding paper), relocation of devices, technical refresh, removal of devices, reporting on device performance, ensuring network functionality and security.

All devices must meet specific requirements such as being Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant, new equipment only, capable of simplex/duplex copying and printing, having a minimum print resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 DPI, supporting various operating systems including Microsoft Windows 11 or higher and MacOS 13 or higher. Devices must also include features like automatic document feeders with duplexing capabilities and must operate using at least 30% recycled paper.

Security requirements include encryption capabilities for hard drives and compliance with Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS). The contractor must provide a toll-free service number for maintenance requests and ensure that all service calls are responded to within specified time frames.
