The Government intends to make an award to: Eastman Kodak Company of Rochester, NY

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.

The Government intends to award a sole source contract utilizing Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements IAW FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii).

To provide the following Preventative Maintenance Program for BEP's Kodak CTP System to include but not limited to the following support activities in order to maintain factory settings to perform and function to the level of quality required to manufacture printing plates and film overlays in order to support the Miscellaneous Print program at the BEP.

• Preventive Maintenance
• Equipment Repair parts
• Maintenance Supplies
• Software upgrades
• Software updates
• Proactive Services
• Media Changes

Anticipated Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 1 Option Years

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation will not be posted. To be considered, responses MUST be received NO LATER THAN 12:00 PM EST, April 10, 2023. Additionally, interested sources must be registered and currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM), found at https://www.sam.gov. Responses MUST be submitted within the closing date/time of publication of this notice.
