Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Expeditionary Directorate (Ex Dir) and NAVFAC Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center Expeditionary Programs Office (ExPO) require program management, engineering, logistics, training analysis, requirement analysis, data management and analysis, public affairs, and financial management support. The contract is intended for Small Businesses (SB) under NAICS code 541611 with a size standard of $24.5 million average annual receipts. The contract is anticipated to be a Single Labor Hour Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID?IQ) contract with provisions for Firm-Fixed Priced orders.

Work Details
The intent of this sources sought synopsis is to identify qualified Small Businesses to provide program management, engineering, logistics, training analysis, requirements analysis, data management and analysis, public affairs, and financial management support to NAVFAC Expeditionary Directorate and NAVFAC Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center Expeditionary Programs Office. Respondents should provide detailed information in narrative form demonstrating how their firm would meet the requirements and the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel. Submissions should not exceed ten typewritten pages in no less than 12-font size. Responses should be emailed to Alicia N. Mitchell @ no later than 9AM Eastern Standard time (EST), 13 January 2024.

Period of Performance
The duration of the contract is anticipated to be for a one-year base period and will include two one-year option periods.
