Background
The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to award a sole source Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Knights Armament Company (KAC) Rifle Replacement Parts and Accessories.

The contract aims to procure KAC original equipment manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts for the SR-16 and SR-25 families of rifles, along with associated KAC family suppressors. The USSS requires these parts to maintain the performance, reliability, and safety of their precision rifle platforms used in training and operational environments. Only genuine KAC OEM parts will meet the USSS requirements due to the specialized law enforcement purpose of these weapon systems.

Work Details
The contract will involve the procurement of KAC OEM replacement parts specifically designed for the following:
- SR-16 family of rifles
- SR-25 family of rifles
- Associated KAC family suppressors

These parts are necessary for routine maintenance, repairs, and lifecycle sustainment of weapons used by the USSS. Non-KAC parts are not technically acceptable; only brand-name KAC OEM parts satisfy the technical and operational needs of the USSS. No substitute, 'after-market,' or non-KAC parts will be accepted.
