Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Network Contracting Office 16, is issuing this solicitation to procure kitchen hood and vent exhaust cleaning services. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the kitchen ventilation systems are properly maintained and cleaned to meet health and safety standards.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Conduct thorough cleaning of kitchen hood systems and vent locations as specified in the provided photos.
2. Ensure all areas relevant to the required cleaning are addressed.
3. Follow all applicable health and safety regulations during the cleaning process.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period starting from the effective date of the amendment on June 15, 2026, with offers due by June 19, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Central Arkansas Veterans Health Care System located at 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72114-1706.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements:
Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSBC) status is required. Additionally, contractors must have relevant experience in kitchen hood and vent exhaust cleaning services, possess necessary licenses and certifications, and ensure that key personnel have appropriate qualifications.
