This Sources Sought Notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement PGI 206.302-1.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division intends to award on a sole source basis to King Nutronics Corporation., 6421 Independence Avenue, Woodland Hills, CA 91367-2608 for King Nutronics model number 3689A (See Attached Draft Statement of Work).

This notice is published for informational purposes only and not a request for proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which if received by 12 APR 2021, will be considered by NSWC Corona.

Responses of this notice shall be submitted via email to the Procurement Specialist, Keith Michalowski, via email at keith.michalowski@navy.mil no later than 12:00 PM PST on the date stated above. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426721R0113 in the subject line.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
