Keyence VL-870 3D Scanner CMM System Purchase

Background
This contract is issued by the Langley Research Center (LaRC) to support the Larkworks MakerSpace, which facilitates hundreds of users annually in producing thousands of 3D-printed components.

The goal is to procure a turnkey, NIST-traceable 3D scanning solution that addresses challenges related to warping and dimensional variation in 3D printing. The awarded company will provide a system that eliminates the need for fiducial markers and recurring licensing fees while ensuring ease of use for new operators.

6. VL-H3R - VL Software - STP Export Mobile (Qty: 1)
7. VL-A4 - VL Accessory - VL Accessory Kit in Multi Language (Qty: 1)
8. VL SUPPORT PACKAGE - VL Support Package (Qty: 1)

The vendor must provide a turn-key system that operates indefinitely without recurring costs for hardware maintenance or software licensing, capable of automated full-shape 3D scanning, including point cloud stitching and mesh analysis, with NIST-traceable accuracy of ±0.01 mm and ability to export data in formats such as STL, 3MF, OBJ, DXF, and STP.
