This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 561720. The small business size standard is $22.0 million.

This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services:

KETHIKAN OLE FIELD OFFICE JANITORIAL

Description of requirements is as follows:

Please refer to the attached Statement of Need for full technical specifications/requirements.

See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. Vendors must provide their Will or Will Not and Does or Does Not Statement per FAR Provision 52.204-24 which goes with FAR Clause 52.204-25. At a minimum, all quotes should include contact information and CAGE Code.

Work Details
The solicitation is for the purchase of commercial janitorial services at the Ketchikan Field Office in Ketchikan, AK. The services include providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for janitorial services for a base year and four option years.
The period of performance shall be from the date of award through 10/31/2023 for the base year, and for twelve-month periods for each of the option years from 11/01/2023 through 10/31/2027.
