Kessel Run PRIME RFI

Background
AFLCMC C3C, Kessel Run (KR) is tasked with developing, fielding, and operating mission-critical warfighting applications for the U.S. Air Force. These applications must be operationally available and mission-capable 24/7/365 in highly contested environments.

To meet these demands, KR is committed to evolving with the needs of the Warfighter and adopting an agile procurement strategy to keep pace with a changing threat environment. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to solicit responses from responsible sources to collaboratively review and refine requirements, ensuring they are clear, comprehensive, and actionable.

Work Details
The RFI seeks feedback on various requirement blocks across three focus areas:
1) Application Platform - including Customer Enablement, Integrations, Development and Sustainment, CI/CD and Dev Tools, Resiliency, Releasability Support, and Staffing;
2) Infrastructure - covering Virtualized Storage and Compute, Local Storage and Compute, Hybrid Networking Connectivity, Cyber Security, Developer Services, SCCRM, and Configuration Management;
3) End User Services - which encompasses Air Force Enterprise Tools, Software Procurement and Management, IT Service Management System, Tier 1 Support, Hardware Asset Provision and Support, Documentation for Platform and Enterprise User Support, as well as AOC Playbooks.

Respondents are asked to assess each requirement block regarding scope of capability, clarity of requirements, and any areas of concern.
