Kenner Army Health Clinic (KAHC) IT Help Desk Services

The objective of this contract is to provide support to ensure KAHC's requirements for Help Desk and LAN/WAN support are met. Specifically, the IMD is tasked to provide LAN/WAN Network Management, Desktop Support, SharePoint Administration, Software support, and Help Desk Support IAW the PWS to include system management, technical administration, maintenance, and end-user support for approximately 550 to 600 clients, comprising of approximately 800 devices. The contractor shall not provide performance outside the technical scope of this contract. See attachment 1 CLIN Structure and please put your quoted price in the CLIN Structure and see attached PWS for more information.
