Background
This contract is issued by the government for the procurement of training materials for Ken Blanchard Company courses under a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The requirement is Sole Source to Blanchard Training and Development, Inc. (CAGE 1Z016). The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive training materials that empower individuals and teams within the organization. The products will be delivered to Tinker AFB, OK.

Work Details
The contract includes the following training materials:

1. **Self Leadership** - One-Day, In Person, Paper Session Materials
- Goal: Empower individual contributors to take initiative, set goals, and seek support.
- Deliverables: Self-Leadership Assessment (Blanchard ICA-BC00066), SMART Goal Planner, Ask-for-Support Practice Logs, Personal Accountability Action Plan.
- Quantity: Minimum 20, Maximum 120 each.

2. **Building Trust** - One-Day, In Person, Paper Session Materials
- Goal: Strengthen trust between leaders and team members.
- Deliverables: Trust Self-Assessment (Blanchard ICA-BC00061), Trust Action Commitments, Trust Dialogue Practice, Trust Tracker.
- Quantity: Minimum 20, Maximum 120 each.

3. **SLII Experience v2.0 design** - Two-Day, In Person, Paper Session Materials
- Goal: Equip leaders to match their leadership style to team members' development levels.
- Deliverables: Style Match Practice Logs (Blanchard ICA-BC00001), Development Level Assessments, SLII Conversation Planner, Action Plan for Style Flexibility.
- Quantity: Minimum 20, Maximum 120 each.

4. **Conversational Capacity** - One-Day, In Person, Paper Session Materials
- Goal: Help teams engage in constructive dialogues under pressure.
- Deliverables: Conversational Capacity Self-Assessment (Blanchard ICA-BC00147), Dialogue Practice Logs, Conversation Calibration Worksheet, Personal Development Plan for Constructive Communication.
- Quantity: Minimum 20, Maximum 120 each.

5. **Coaching Essentials w/ SLII Connection** - One-Day, In Person, Paper Session Materials
- Goal: Equip managers with skills to coach effectively for growth and performance.
- Deliverables: Coaching Conversation Planner (Blanchard ICA-BC00057), Feedback Practice Logs, Coaching Style Self-Assessment, Development-Focused Coaching Action Plan.
- Quantity: Minimum 20, Maximum 120 each.

6. **Leading People Through Change** - One-Day, In Person, Paper Session Materials
- Goal: Empower leaders to guide teams through change with empathy and clarity.
- Deliverables: Change Impact Map (Blanchard ICA-BC00152), Influence Strategy Worksheet, Change Conversation Practice, Personal Change Leadership Plan.

7. **Team Leadership** - One-Day, In Person, Paper Session Materials

8. **Platform Handling of materials** via Blanchard Exchange includes interactive worksheets and other digital learning tools such as downloadable templates and progress dashboards.
