The work includes design and construction of a 195 space Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) asphalt parking lot, approximately mile of two-lane asphalt roadway, relocation of approximately 1500 LF of 16? waterline around proposed runup pad, and a 325,000 SF, five space aircraft runup pad. The aircraft runup pad will be constructed of 18-1/2? thick, heavy-duty PC pavement and will include aircraft fueling pits, compressed air, electrical pedestals, and aircraft jet-wash deflectors. Options include a minimum of 45 and maximum of 75 parking stalls for PrivatelyOwned Vehicles (POV) and two (2) additional Runup Pads.

Background
The solicitation is for the design and construction of KC46-A Pavements at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. The contract will be awarded using the Best Value Trade-Off Process.
