KC-135 Center Console Refresh (CCR)

Background
The KC-135 Program Office at Tinker Air Force Base is seeking industry participation for the Center Console Refresh initiative aimed at replacing the KC-135 Fuel Management System and Multi-Functional Displays to support continued operations beyond 2040. The Industry Day is a preliminary information exchange to gather industry feedback and identify potential sources capable of designing, integrating, testing, producing, and fielding solutions.

Work Details
Provide a Fuel Quantity Transfer System and Multi-Functional Display system solution including design, integration, test, production, and fielding.
Scope includes development of Integrated Fuel Management Panel (IFMP), Fuel Management Advisory Computer (FMAC), Tank Interface Unit (TIU), Multi-Functional Displays (MFD), MFD Control Panels, Control Display Units (CDU), and associated software and hardware.
Solutions must meet environmental standards DO-160G and MIL-STD-810, EMI/EMC MIL-STD-461, use Standard Data Bus 1553, and support power requirements of 115 VAC 400Hz three-phase, 28 VDC, and MIL-STD-704F.
Open to commercial solutions and all installation strategies including Programmed Depot Maintenance at Tinker AFB, Contractor Field Teams, or Contractor Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Facilities.
Small business participation goals will be included.
