KC-135 Center Console Refresh Industry Day 10 and 11 May 2022:
The KC-135 Program Office at Tinker Air Force Base is looking for a Fuel Management System and Multifunctional Display System solution within the Center Console Refresh initiative. The Program Office will host a virtual Industry Day on 10 and 11 May 22 via Microsoft Teams; a call-in number will be provided. Industry Day check-in and roll call will occur at 7:45 on 10 May 22 and the brief will formally start at 8:00am CST. Suspense date to reply to this announcement is NLT 4 May 22, 1600 CST no late responses will be accepted.
Purpose: Provide the KC-135 Program Office with commercial industry technical solution options; hold a Question and Answer session; and provide a networking opportunity.
The Government will provide information about the program and hold individual briefings by appointment lasting NO MORE than 25 minutes. If you desire a one-on-one briefing, contact the Government Contracting Office POC, Jacob Booth or Taylor McCool listed at the bottom of this announcement.
All questions will be required in writing. Send known questions in advance NLT 4 May 22, 1600 CST. All industry briefings must be submitted in .pdf format to the Government NLT 4 May 2022, 1600 CST. All questions and answers will be posted prior to release of the Request for Proposal (RFP).
Industry Day: Attendees are required to identify their position within the company they represent. This is a no-fee event. Maximum of THREE attendees will be allowed per Company CAGE code. Registration Forms should be sent NLT 4 May 22, 1600 CST to Government Contracting Office POC, Mr. Hassan Hammi. An email confirmation will be sent by a member of the KC-135 Program Office upon receipt along with directions to the meeting location. Late registration and "walk-in" requests will NOT be permitted.
Comments, Clarifying Questions, and Responses: Unclassified written comments and questions regarding the KC-135 Center Console Refresh shall be submitted NLT 4 May 22, 1600 CST to Government Contracting Office POC, Jacob Booth or Taylor McCool. Any additional updates and timelines will be posted through Beta.SAM.Gov.
