Background
The US FDA, Office of the Chief Scientist (OCS), San Juan Medical Products Laboratory (SJNLMP) requires an OMNIS Karl Fischer Titrator (KFT) or equivalent system to replace an older KFT system. This instrument is essential for analyzing medical product samples using specific protocols established by USP, internal FDA programs, DOD SLEP, and the FCC program.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of an OMNIS Karl Fischer Titrator (KFT) or an equivalent system. The instrument must meet or exceed the requirements outlined in the solicitation. Key specifications include:
- Must comply with technical requirements specified in the solicitation.
- Equal products must clearly identify brand name and model number, along with a narrative demonstrating how they meet salient characteristics.
- A written Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) is required for items not compliant with Section 508 standards.
- Quoters who are authorized resellers must provide documentation substantiating their relationship with the manufacturer.
