Description

The Defense Commissary Agency intends to contract for A-E services for: Existing Commissioning Services (EBCx) Refrigeration, HVAC and Lighting (Architectural and Refrigeration Upgrade), Kaneohe Bay Commissary, Hawaii

Background
The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking to contract for Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services specifically for Existing Building Commissioning (EBCx) related to Refrigeration, HVAC, and Lighting upgrades at the Kaneohe Bay Commissary in Hawaii.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that the commissioning services are performed in accordance with established standards such as UFC 1-200-02 and ASHRAE Standard 202, Guideline 0.

Work Details
The contracted Commissioning Authority (CxA) shall provide existing building commissioning services which include: furnishing all necessary labor, management, facilities, supplies, equipment, and materials required for the performance of the work.

The CxA must adhere to the guidelines set forth by the UFC and ASHRAE standards for commissioning.
