Work Details
The Kallisti program focuses on creating an algorithmic model that predicts future behavior of adversarial platforms and enhances situational awareness. It aims to explore various courses of action in national security scenarios through modeling and simulation, providing decision-makers with more options while preventing escalation.

The program will analyze current strategies of actors and decompose these strategies into relevant basis vectors to track changes under non-stationary assumptions. The Proposers Day will include a poster session from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. EST for attendees to showcase their capabilities and facilitate team-building efforts. All materials presented must be approved in advance by both the funding organization and the DARPA program manager.
