Kadena Okinawa-First Showcase 2023 - Application Due Date Extension

Background
Kadena Air Base, Okinawa Japan will be hosting a Vendor Fair/Vendor Showcase on 7 November 2023. The purpose of this event is to introduce U.S. Military-affiliated purchasing stakeholders to the local business community; provide local companies an opportunity to showcase the types of goods and services they offer to U.S. Government customers; and to educate vendors on how to do business with the U.S. Government.

Work Details
Hosted by 18th Contracting Squadron, the event will include exhibition participants such as U.S. Forces Contracting Divisions, Procurement Personnel, Government Credit Card Division, and Engineers. There will also be 'How to do Business with U.S. Government' Counseling Booth sessions lasting no more than 15 minutes per vendor.
The date of the event is 7 November 2023 (Tue) from 10:00 – 14:00 at Kadena Air Base Rocker’s Enlisted Club Ballroom.
The entry condition requires vendors to be Okinawa Based/Local and currently (or plan to) accept MasterCard (except for restaurant/food business and entertainment related business).
There is no entry fee, and the application due date is 14 August 2023 (Mon) at 15:00.
