This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0924Q70092706 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for K9 Electronic Key Management System. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective April 22, 2024. This solicitation is unrestricted (full and open) and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561621. The anticipated delivery date will be 60 days from award. The Government intends to award a purchase order from this solicitation.

Background
The solicitation is for a K9 Electronic Key Management System for the United States Secret Service (USSS) Special Operations Division (SOD), Canine Unit fleet of 150 vehicles.
